Pursuant to California law, THE TICKET OUTLET hereby discloses that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or profit which has been added to the face value of the tickets.

THE TICKET OUTLET, Inc. agrees to use its best efforts to procure and to deliver, prior to the date of the event, the tickets described.

Note that online orders placed after 6:00 PM US Pacific Standard Time on weekdays or at any time during weekends may not be processed until the next working day.

Also should THE TICKET OUTLET fail to deliver to a BUYER the full quantity of tickets contracted for, THE TICKET OUTLET sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to BUYER of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by BUYER to THE TICKET OUTLET.

Due to policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets are sold on this web site, THE TICKET OUTLET cannot issue exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless THE TICKET OUTLET is unable to fill the order.

THE TICKET OUTLET is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are delivered or are in the BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.

4.0 INDEMNITY
